Since many of our items are handmade or part of DIY experiences, our return policy is a little different from standard products.

DIY Kits, Yarn & Tools

Our DIY kits, yarn, and crochet tools are carefully prepared for each order.

To keep everything clean and usable for all customers, we’re unable to accept returns once items have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us — we’ll be happy to help.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Each handmade bag is crafted especially for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
We truly appreciate your understanding for handmade work.

Returns (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a return is accepted:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and any related fees

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Please pack items carefully to avoid damage during return shipping

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund if everything is in good condition.
